Cell Unlocked
Unlocking Potential, Inspiring Change

At Cell Unlocked, we harness the power of AI to empower incarcerated individuals, providing tools for education, growth, and successful reintegration into society. We do this by implementing pilot program AI technology on tablets used by inmates starting in a few facilities in Connecticut prisons. As a 501(c)(3) registered nonproift in Virginia, we seek angel funding in addition to funding from other NGOs and charitable trusts.

Co-Founder Finn Dawson’s Journey

After spending ten years incarcerated, I emerged into a world transformed by technology, captivated by the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence. During my time behind bars, I often felt the void of accessible tools and resources that could have supported my growth, learning, and rehabilitation. When I discovered Al, my first thought was how powerful it could have been in meeting the unique needs of incarcerated people. From facilitating education to easing the reentry process, Al is ideally suited to address these challenges in ways that are efficient, scalable, and safe.

Artificial Intelligence: Transforming Rehabilitation

At Cell Unlocked, we leverage AI to revolutionize education, personal development, and reentry for incarcerated individuals, creating pathways for brighter futures.
